The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that this combination of personalized anti-cancer vaccination and stem cell transplant can cause patients' to develop an "anti-cancer" immune system and live longer than patients previously treated with stem cell transplant alone.

| Patients must undergo biopsy at Stanford University PRIOR to starting any therapy. Patients are treated with: 1 - standard chemotherapy 2 - a personalized anti-cancer vaccine, then 3 - autologous stem cell transplant combined with anti-tumor T cells ('immunotransplant'). |
