LRF has reached out to those who have benefited from new treatments funded by the Mantle Cell Research Initiative, and asked them to share their personal histories.  A diagnosis of mantle cell lymphoma can be overwhelming at first.  The statistics (which are often out of date, as science forges ahead of record-keeping) look grim.  The treatment options initally seem limited.  Don't lose hope!  Patients from the LRF community have volunteered to share their experience with the disease - and the fact that they have defeated expectations, and come through treatment to enjoy renewed life and health.
