Dr. Blum specializes in Internal Medicine and Hematology/Oncology at the Ohio State University Hospital, where she has worked since 2003. Before then, she was a researcher, working on clinical trials to treat lymphomas and other lymphoproliferative disorders. She has been a part of various clinical trials during her time as a researcher, having experimented with PEG-LD with Dr. Paula Fracasso and stem-cell transplantation with Amy Hoerr. Her latest research, published in 2006 involved the trial of Bortezomib for Hodgkin's lymphoma. She completed her residency at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center and did her fellowship in hematology and oncology at Vanderbilt University and Washington University.
