Silvia Bea, PhD obtained her degree of Biological Science at the Autononous University of Barcelona. Her research is focused on the characterization of chromosomal alterations of malignant lymphomas (especially mantle cell lymphoma), the molecular and genetic mechanisms involved in the development and progression of these neoplasms, and the impact of these alterations on the survival of patients. She has published 26 papers in international journals.
