Richard Ambinder, MD, PhD is Division Director of Hematologic Malignancies in the Department of Oncology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where he also serves as a professor of Oncology, Pharmacology and Pathology.
His research has focused on the Epstein-Barr virus. Dr. Ambinder received a B.A. in Biochemistry from Harvard College and went on to complete his M.D., as well as his residency, at Johns Hopkins.
